About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customers supply chain, including internal and external factors that may impact the business. We’ll look to you to take the initiative and provide our team with feedback based on ToughBuilt’s planning process in order to achieve financial goals and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years demonstrated in supply chain operations, S&OP, merchandising, POS, In-stock metrics, OTIF and current experience with Lowe’s Home Improvement
  • Maintain ownership with Lowe’s Supply Chain and Inventory Replenishment Team
  • Execute promotional merchandising and New Product Launches that meet or exceed financial goals, including sales, working capital turns, inventory, gross margin dollar, and inventory turn for the assigned segment of business and product groups
  • Maintain strong, effective relationships with the company’s internal and external teams
  • Analyze and make recommendations on current Lowe’s and ToughBuilt operating model and drive efficiencies across the spectrum
  • Liaise between the ToughBuilt and Lowe’s supply chain teams to understand the category vision, promotional plans, and inventory strategy for all assigned categories
